Iron Mind Shop No Refunds Policy

At Iron Mind Shop, all sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly or made available shortly after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed and the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Scope

This policy applies to all digital products sold by Iron Mind Shop, including journals, planners, templates, guides, downloads, bundles, and any other digital content made available through the store.

No Refunds

All purchases are non refundable unless required by applicable law. Please review the product description carefully before buying and contact us if you have any questions before purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Accidental purchases made by the customer.

  • Failure to read the product description before purchase.

  • Incompatibility with software, devices, or platforms that were not listed as supported on the product page.

  • Personal preference, dissatisfaction with style, or a decision not to use the product after delivery.

Exceptions

A refund, replacement, or other appropriate remedy may be considered where required by applicable consumer law or where:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened as delivered.

  • The customer receives the wrong digital product.

  • The product is materially different from its description on the product page.

  • A duplicate charge has been made in error.

EU and UK Customers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel certain digital purchases within 14 days unless you have expressly agreed to immediate access, download, or delivery and acknowledged that doing so causes you to lose that cancellation right.

By purchasing a digital product from Iron Mind Shop and requesting immediate access or download, you agree that delivery begins immediately and, where permitted by law, you waive any right to cancel once access or download has started.

Support for Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact support and include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Reasonable assistance will be provided to help you access the product or receive the correct file where appropriate.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed for a purchase that was properly delivered, Iron Mind Shop reserves the right to provide this policy, proof of delivery, and related order records to the payment provider to dispute the claim.
